NextGen was founded in Lucerne in 2023 — out of the realization that most creators don't fail at content, but at everything around it: deals negotiated too cheap, editing backlogs, and thumbnails nobody tests.

That's why we work like a broadcaster, not an agency. Every channel gets a dedicated team across management, editing and design that knows the channel as well as the creator does. Decisions are made with data: CTR, watchtime, completion rates. Taste is allowed — but it has to win measurably.

We grow slowly on purpose. Better a few channels we truly carry than a hundred logos on a website. If we take you on, it's because we believe we can move your channel somewhere else within twelve months.
